The Underdogs is a place where we offer strength and conditioning programmes for athletes of all levels, as we believe that every athlete starts as an underdog. Our programming aims to improve one's athletic performance, body-awareness and also physical appearance ranging from metabolic conditioning to gymnastics training to strength training as well as mobility. We believe that the mechanics of fundamental movements are the key for all high levelled skills, as such; movement always comes first before intensity. Exercising should be a lifestyle and a journey rather than a destination.
Our space is nothing like old school gyms with plenty of heavy machines and treadmills, but rather we give you a space to run, jump, climb and lift.
